The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is set to conduct three distinct classes this May, tailored for professionals in the commercial real estate sector seeking to enhance their educational credentials.

Course Schedule

• May 1: A course titled “World of Commercial” will run from 9 a.m. to noon at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building located at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd. The session will be instructed by Jennifer Weinberg, the 2025 CALV President and an accomplished broker with BHHS Nevada Properties.
• May 8: An online class named “Intro to Business Broker” from 1 to 4 p.m., also facilitated by Weinberg, focusing on the sale of businesses.
• May 22: Another online session from 1 to 4 p.m. titled “Commercial Agency Perspective,” led by local real estate veteran Deirdre Felgar, covering insights on navigating commercial real estate transactions.

Registration and Fees

Participants can attend the classes for $30 if they are members of CALV or its affiliates, while non-members will be charged $40 for the May 1 and 8 classes. The cost for the May 22 session is $20 for members and $30 for non-members. Each class offers three continuing education credits upon completion.
