MEI Rigging & Crating Expands Operations in Northern Nevada

In a significant move to bolster its operations, MEI Rigging & Crating has secured a lease for a new facility in northern Nevada. The transaction was successfully handled by Dickson Commercial Group (DCG), the largest full-service commercial real estate brokerage in the region.
New Facility Details
MEI Rigging & Crating has leased a substantial 161,200 square feet at 500 Denmark Drive, situated within the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRIC). This new location not only enhances the company’s operational capabilities in northern Nevada but also forms part of a newly constructed 322,000-square-foot facility owned by Clarion Partners.
Enhanced Service Capacity
As a national specialist in rigging, machinery moving, millwrighting, mechanical installation, industrial storage, crating, and export packaging, MEI’s new facility is geared to significantly improve its service offerings. It features secured indoor and outdoor storage spaces, strategically placing the company closer to its key data center and manufacturing clients.
Representation in Transaction
The successful negotiation for MEI Rigging & Crating was managed by Joel Fountain, SIOR, Baker Krukow, CCIM, and Nick Knecht, CCIM from DCG Industrial, alongside David Cartwright from Armour Realty.
